These terms apply to your use of Waves: Music Visualiser, provided by Mighty Duck Apps.
Use of Waves
You may use Waves for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with any platform rules that apply to your device, media source or casting service.
Your media and content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or permission needed to play, import, display or cast media and other content that you choose to use with Waves.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services, including Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, casting platforms and lyrics providers. Availability, performance and terms for those services are outside Mighty Duck Apps' direct control.
Availability
Waves is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be improved, become unavailable or depend on device and network compatibility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mighty Duck Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Waves. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
